During reservation: Name, surname, phone number, email address, accommodation dates, national ID or passport details (where required by law)

Online payment: Full card details (PAN, expiry, CVV) are processed within the licensed payment institution Tosla (Akbank Ödeme A.Ş.); they are not collected or stored by us. We may only process the transaction ID, order ID, amount, bank approval/decline code, card BIN (first 6 digits) and masked PAN.

Through contact forms: Name, surname, email, phone, message content

Website visits: IP address, browser information, visited pages, visit duration (through cookies)

Social media interactions: Public profile information (only when you share)

Online card payments are processed through the BDDK-licensed payment institution Tosla (Akbank Ödeme A.Ş.) virtual POS infrastructure with 3D Secure.

During checkout you are redirected to Tosla's secure payment page; full card details (PAN, expiry, CVV) are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us.

Only payment-result information (transaction ID, order ID, amount, bank approval/decline code, card BIN and masked PAN) is processed by us in order to execute the reservation and invoicing.

Data processed within Tosla's infrastructure is governed by Akbank Ödeme A.Ş.'s own privacy policy and applicable legislation.

Other data recipients: our IT / hosting service providers and legally authorized public authorities.
