Service performance and cancellation

Indra Village applies clear rules for how accommodation and cafe services are delivered (performed), cancelled, and refunded. The principles below are general; your booking or order confirmation may include specific terms.

1. Accommodation (performance of service)

Your stay starts at check-in on the agreed arrival date and ends at check-out on the departure date.

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your confirmation or at reception.

Early arrival or late departure may be offered subject to availability and extra charges.

2. Cafe and menu orders

Menu items are generally served on-site; takeaway or shipping applies only when explicitly offered.

Accommodation requests are submitted via the website reservation flow, phone, or WhatsApp; the booking is confirmed once we approve it.

3. Cancellation and changes (accommodation)

Cancellation and date changes follow the rules stated at booking or in your confirmation (email/WhatsApp).

Campaigns, early booking, or third-party channels (OTAs) may apply additional cancellation policies.

4. Refunds

Deposits or prepayments, when refundable under the cancellation rules, are processed subject to banking timelines.

For cafe, refunds for services already consumed follow applicable law and our policies.

5. Delays and force majeure

Natural disasters, epidemics, legal restrictions, or other extraordinary events may require changes or cancellation; we will inform you as soon as practicable.
