Buyer: The natural or legal person placing a reservation or order via our website or contact channels.
The subject is hotel accommodation, cafe/restaurant menu services, event-related services, and related pricing, payment, and cancellation terms.
Services are described on the site (rooms, menu, campaign pages); prices are shown on the relevant page or in your offer.
The total price depends on the selected service, dates, and party size; payment may be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card online.
Online card payments are processed via the BDDK-licensed payment institution Tosla (Akbank Ödeme A.Ş.) virtual POS infrastructure with 3D Secure. During checkout you are redirected to Tosla’s secure payment page; full card details (PAN, expiry, CVV) are not transmitted to us and are not stored by us.
Once the payment is approved, the reservation is created and confirmation is sent by email or through our contact channels. If the payment is declined by the bank, no reservation is created and no amount is charged to your card.
VAT and other statutory charges follow applicable law; the final invoice/amount is confirmed at approval.
Statutory withdrawal rights and exemptions (e.g. services tied to a specific date, accommodation, catering) apply as provided by law.
